Bonus Usage Restrictions

Casino Games

• If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, all bets for that round will be voided and refunded.

If Fancy One finds evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, it reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

Fancy one may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Age verification or KYC not completed.
• Extended inactivity on the account (inactive account policy).
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

If the member wishes to close their account

You can close your account at any time — simply send a written request to our Support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
